Contestant Registration

Tri-Star Worldwide Inc. and its directors Patsy Butts, Cathy Wilensky and Curt Holzer III regret to say that due to circumstances beyond their control the Miss Dream Girl America International Calendar Girl Search must be cancelled and will not continue in the future. Thank you for all of your support!

Official contestant registrations are accepted by regular mail or electronically through this website. If registering by regular mail, please download and print the form below. Complete it and mail it along with all required materials and payment to the address indicated on the form. Note that photos sent via regular mail will be returned only if accompanied by a self-addressed stamped envelope to facilitate the return of the photos.

Entry Deadline: Entries must be received by Miss Dream Girl America no later than June 15, 2009!

Pre-Sales

Contestants, a downloadable pre-sales order form will be available online for pre-selling the calendars soon. All contestants will be sent, via email, a printable pre-sales order form for use in recording pre-sales. Additional rules and regulations governing pre-sale orders will be available on the form.

Downloading the registration form is a simple process but it will depend on how your system behaves. Click the Download File link above.

Did the document open so you can see it? If so, then you have the Adobe Reader plugin. All you need to do to save the file is click the save icon in the nested toolbar at the top of the page.

If it did not open, then you should be seeing a system box labeled "Opening" or "Download File". This dialog box appeared so you can tell your computer where on your hard drive you would like to save the file. Simply "browse..." to the folder you want to save it in and click the Save or OK button.

Electronic Registration

If you prefer, you may choose to register using our on-line registration form and consent agreement. This form will allow you to pay your registration fee by credit card through PayPal™ and upload your photos directly to our site.

Once your registration is validated and confirmed, you will be notified via email that you have been accepted into the contest.

Note, you must also send in a signed hard copy of the Electronic Registration Consent and Agreement Contract, via postal mail.

Electronic Photos

For those so inclined, photos may be submitted electronically to our webmaster. Send any photos along with a copy of the completed registration form to webmaster@missdreamgirlamerica.com and your posting.

Note, you must still send in a hard copy of your registration form (front and back), via postal mail. A hardcopy with the contestants or guardians signature must be on file with Miss Dream Girl America prior to judging in order for the contestant to be considered.

Photos submitted electronically should meet the following criteria.
