Patsy Butts
The Miss Dream Girl America beauty pageant was founded in 1993 by Patsy Butts. The Miss Dream Girl America beauty pageant is backed with over 20 years of beauty pageant industry experience.
Patsy is a native-borne Jacksonville, Florida resident and has lived there all her life. She is recently remarried and is the mother of four children, grandmother of five.
Patsy was the director of the Miss Duval County Beaches Beauty Pageant, a preliminary Miss America Pageant for five years and has been Director of the Miss Dream Girl America Beauty Pageant since 1993.
Through Patsy’s commitment, experience and expertise, the Miss Dream Girl America beauty pageant has a very respected reputation within the beauty pageant industry. Our goal is honesty, support and awarding one of the largest cash prizes in the beauty pageant industry to the Miss Dream Girl America beauty pageant winners.
Cathy Wilensky
Cathy has been involved in the pageant world for over 20 years. She is a Certified Miss America Judge and loves all aspects of pageantry. Owning a wonderful, thriving pageant shop called C & D Pageantry, she truly enjoys helping girls and women pick out their one of a kind wardrobes for whatever pageant or proms they are involved in. Her shop specializes in proper attire, swim wear, interview and evening gowns for girls of all ages.

Tess
Both of Cathy’s daughters are very heavily involved in pageants. Mari, her 24 year old, was Miss Florida America in 2005 and made the top 10 at Miss America in January 2006.... Her younger daughter Tess, age 19, holds the title of National American Teen Miss 2009 which she just captured this past Thanksgiving. She is also the proud Representative of Florida’s Hometown USA. Mari was a guest on the Oprah Winfrey Show, when she was only 7 years old after receiving a personal call from Oprah after reading about Mari in the Washington Post.. She had won over $32,000 that year in pageants and in talent. She is a Wonderful Singer.. . Mari graduated from University of Florida and received her Masters Degree in Psychology at FIU in Miami. Tess is a senior at the University of Florida, majoring in Criminology.
Cathy’s husband is a Circuit Court Judge who specializes in Family Law. They have 2 other sons and many many animals. They have been married for 27 years.
